Heptagon

A 24-year-old woman named Nana, who feels unattached to her life, experiences a car accident and awakens as her 14-year-old self. As she goes through daily life, she begins to recall memories she had long forgotten. She now cannot remember being connected to her admired older sister and the sister's first love, a senior at her school.
