Saitou, an overworked editor at Weekly Shounen Jump, is exhausted from long hours and low pay. He quits his job with the goal of becoming a manga artist and making money quickly. To learn the craft, he approaches Yuusuke Murata, creator of "Eyeshield 21," and coerces him into teaching. Murata begins by explaining fundamental tools and techniques, such as drawing faces, bodies, and characters. The lessons include guest appearances from other manga artists, including Mizuki Kawashita, Yuusei Matsui, Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro, and Yoshihiro Togashi, each offering their own insights.
