Hibari ga Naitara Tsukamaete

Enomoto, now a college student, frequently recalls his time with his childhood friend Shimura, who was always by his side until six years ago. A sudden transfer led to an abrupt separation, and Enomoto never learned where Shimura had gone, nor has he heard from him since. Their paths unexpectedly cross again when Shimura appears in Enomoto's college Philosophy class. While Enomoto is thrilled by the reunion, Shimura appears to have mixed feelings about it.
