Kohei, a university student with a hearing disability, often isolates himself from others. After meeting the upbeat Taichi, he starts to open up and adopt a more optimistic view of life. Their bond deepens, and Kohei comes to see Taichi in a romantic light. After confessing his feelings, Kohei discovers they are reciprocated. As Kohei continues his studies, Taichi enters the workforce to pursue his own path, and the two begin a new chapter in their lives together.
