Shu faces a difficult life and doubts his future until he meets Akari Yuzuki, a gifted pianist known for her exceptional left hand. The two students form a close bond, but their connection is abruptly ended by a tragedy. Afterward, Shu struggles to move forward and begins to notice something strange about his own left hand.
