Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai: Meakashi-hen

Maebara Keiichi moves to Hinamizawa and enjoys school and time spent playing games with friends. After learning about a murder in the town, disturbing events begin to unfold, revealing that his friends may not be trustworthy. The story is adapted from an amateur mystery game by 7th Expansion and is presented through multiple scenarios. This manga is the fifth in a series based on the game scenarios and is the first to address questions from earlier parts. It follows events similar to those in Watanagashi-hen but from Shion Sonozaki's perspective.
