Hime-chan no Ribbon

A royal figure from a magical realm is required to evaluate a magical object in the human world through a double before ascending to power. The double is a girl who is concerned that her masculine appearance and behavior are hindering her romantic interest. She is given a ribbon that enables her to change into another person for a limited time, but if the time runs out or the secret is discovered, the transformation becomes permanent.
