Hinowa ga Yuku!

On the island of Wakoku, a civil war allows individuals from all backgrounds to rise as heroes by advancing through the military ranks. Hinowa, a highly skilled young woman, aims to achieve this, but quickly discovers that success is not guaranteed. Over a decade after a major battle, the conflict continues, and a girl with black hair and distinctive black markings arrives on the shore.
