Hishoshitsu no Himitsu

A detective agency is nearly bankrupt, and Nori, the son in charge, is trying to keep it running while his father is away. He lacks experience, and his main challenge is Aoi-chan, a lazy, perverted ex-cop and the only detective they have. Nori and Aoi develop a relationship but have not taken it further. Aoi is often occupied with cases from Miyasako Yukari, a client who provides the agency's only consistent work. Usami works for Yukari's company and manages the secretaries, witnessing Yukari's inappropriate behavior. He respects Yukari but is confused by his own feelings for him. Despite Yukari's unchanged behavior, Usami often stays silent even when jealous. Iwata Daichi, a new teacher, discovers another teacher in an awkward situation with a student. At another company, Kamio and Akagi are peers, but Akagi consistently outperforms Kamio. Kamio suspects bullying when Akagi asks him to be an assistant, but Akagi later reveals his real reasons.
