Hitoban Dake no Koibito

Peachy decides to stop waiting for love after surviving a life-threatening event and chooses to give herself to Luc Devereaux, the attractive owner of her apartment complex and her neighbor. Luc is unsure about accepting her offer, fearing she might later regret her decision. He attempts to put off the situation, hoping she will reconsider, but finds it increasingly hard to resist her proposal.
