Hitogui

Shimada is a violent criminal known for random mass killings and later turns to eating human flesh. Nagumo, a police officer, is tasked with transporting him, increasing the sense of danger. Within a vehicle carrying multiple convicts, events take a turn toward extreme horror, initiating a unique form of survival-based fear.
