Hitomi no Catoblepas

A man named Tokio comes from a lineage known for fighting youma, demons. He possesses a youma in his eye called Catoblepas, which grants him the power to halt time. One day, he meets a girl who is targeted by a demon. Using his eye's ability, Tokio attempts to stop her from falling victim to the recent string of strange occurrences in the town. Unbeknownst to the girl, Tokio lives next door to her.
