A small Seoul neighborhood, 2004. Jeong-Hui is a child branded a monster simply because his entire body is red. Teased by everyone around him, he keeps a heart purer than anyone's, spending his days running errands for his stepfather and mother. Then, at eight years old, starting school for the first time, he begins to realize that his family is somehow strange.
