HOOL!GAN'S

In 19th-century London's East End, a group known as the Hooligans operates under the leadership of Lee Heartrib, an alchemist and head of the Antilia Family mafia. Lee has been given responsibility for the city by his predecessor and uses alchemy to manage the needs of the local population, particularly those struggling with addiction. His ultimate goal is to establish a "paradise" for the people, even if it requires violent action. He faces opposition from rival mafia leaders and mysterious entities seeking to destroy humanity. The Hooligans are at the forefront of a potential new world order.
