Hoshi to Suna to Sheikh

A nurse named Hana, working in North Africa, is startled when a severely injured man is brought in. He is carrying relief supplies and appears to be a stranger, but Hana recognizes him as Alim El-Kanar, a prominent figure from her home country. Widely regarded as a hero for bringing prosperity, Alim is presumed missing after vanishing without a trace. His sudden appearance raises questions about his true identity and purpose. Hana suspects he is in grave danger and decides to protect him from those who may seek to harm him.
