Hoshi wo Kazoeru Koto

Emori Kunihiko becomes depressed after his girlfriend ends their relationship. A stranger makes an effort to be kind to him, but Emori reacts with hostility and reluctance. The first volume also contains two standalone stories involving a salaryman and his relationship with a set of twins. Later, Emori is drawn out of his isolation by the energetic Makishima Atsushi, gradually rediscovering enjoyment in life. Despite this, Emori struggles with getting Makishima to pay attention to him.
