A former karate student named Arata and his younger sister Himari are on a camping trip when they encounter a spacecraft that abducts them. They are introduced to Sorakil, an unusual extraterrestrial who identifies as a representative of the Galactic Federation and asks the siblings to assist in safeguarding Earth.
