A high school sophomore named Imamura Seima lives in a village where the stars no longer appear in the night sky. He encounters a new student with silver hair named Plea Momobell, who declares her intention to restore the Starry Night Festival. After Seima learns something unexpected about her, he, along with his friends Eito and Chiyuri, chooses to assist her in her endeavor.
