Naruse Hiroya is a typical high school student whose routine is frequently disrupted by his friend Kokutou Miyabi. Miyabi has a strong personality and often pulls Hiroya and their classmates—calm Wasshi and Katarun, who has messy hair—into absurd and chaotic situations.
