Yoshitoshi Heion is a 15-year-old student starting high school with no prior involvement in any clubs. At his new school, he meets Rina Fujimoto, who expresses interest in joining the wind orchestra, but discovers the club was disbanded the previous year. The challenge is whether they can revive it.
