Hungry Heart

Kyosuke Kano has spent his life in the shadow of his accomplished older brother, Seisuke, a professional soccer player. Frustrated by constant comparisons and belittlement, Kyosuke stopped playing soccer altogether. After transferring to a new high school, he is spotted by a student who invites him to join the school's team. He agrees and forms a friendship with two other first-year players, Rodrigo and Sakai. Together, they share a goal of one day becoming professional soccer players.
