Goheon Dok and his friend Hyeonjo are attacked by the Demonic Cult and nearly killed. In his final moments, Hyeonjo gives Goheon the Plum Blossom Spirit Beads, a relic of Mount Hua, which allows Goheon to take over the body of Muhwi, Hyeonjo's apprentice. Now posing as a Senior Disciple of Mount Hua, Goheon Dok seeks to defend the mountain and honor his friend's last request.
