Hyakunen no Valkyrie

A recurring event takes place every hundred years, during which a valkyrie bestows a "god sword" upon one man. Seven years prior, a man was chosen and led a revolution in the northern nation of Lorecia. Nikolai, the prince of Lorecia, who suffered great loss due to this upheaval, meets a new valkyrie. This meeting marks the beginning of a shift in destiny.
