On Christmas Eve, Doyoung books a stay at a high-end hotel to spend time with Hyunjin. Their plans go awry when they lose phone signal, arrive late, and encounter heavy rain. They end up at a hotel that appears eerie and unwelcoming. When Doyoung requests a refund, the stern concierge forces him to join a game. The game escalates the day into a nightmarish experience.
