Ryutaro Inukai works as a talent manager for Koori, an idol known for her self-centered and emotionally distant behavior. After enduring significant stress, he prepares to quit when Koori announces her plans to retire in six months to marry her fiancé. As Ryutaro begins to feel relieved, Koori’s attitude unexpectedly shifts, becoming more considerate. Adding to the complexity, two other idols—a top-ranking blonde and a disciplined, class-representative type—become involved with Ryutaro.
