Hyouka

Oreki Houtarou avoids unnecessary effort, preferring to conserve his energy. Despite having no desire to join a club, he is persuaded by his older sister to become part of the Classics Club at Kamiyama High School, which is at risk of being disbanded due to a lack of members. He joins with former classmates and meets Chitanda Eru, a polite and curious girl. As the club is reformed, they become involved in various mystery-related activities. Through these experiences, Houtarou discovers that the Classics Club is more engaging than he initially believed.
