A high school girl travels to Tokyo to care for her grandmother and becomes involved in a romantic comedy with a well-known, attractive actor. The actor, Kitano Hiiragi, invites the girl, Mairu, on a date with the intention of failing spectacularly, as part of his plan to leave the entertainment industry.
