Ichiban Chikaku de Koi wo Suru

A young woman reflects on her feelings about intimacy and her complex relationship with her brother, Itsuki. She admires his height, looks, and popularity but finds his behavior troubling, particularly his habit of taking her underwear to smell. After making a joke about his uselessness, she is surprised when he responds with a serious expression. The story also includes two additional short segments titled "Shishi mo Kobamazu 2-3" and "Uso no Youna Hanashi: Bangai."
