A young man named Sato Hazime, twenty-four years old and wearing glasses, purchases a box of daifuku from a store. After eating one of the sweets the following night, he accidentally frees Crumb, a royal figure known as the Strawberry Prince from the stars. The next day, Sato wakes up to find a proposal from Crumb, accompanied by a ring shaped like a strawberry.
