Idol wa xxxx Nante Shimasen!

A 23-year-old man struggling with job-hunting finds unexpected opportunity when he becomes an idol manager. His new role, however, turns out to be more complicated than anticipated, as the two girls under his care each face significant personal challenges. One is difficult to manage, while the other lacks self-control entirely. As he navigates these difficulties, he begins to understand that success in the idol industry requires actions that contradict the typical expectations of what idols should not do.
