Igye Museun Hwangbi

Jin Ye-Rom, a top-performing customer service employee, loses her position after dealing with a difficult client. Determined to regain her status, she seeks out the customer to apologize. Instead, she ends up in an unfamiliar setting. She soon discovers she has been transformed into an empress, and the person responsible for her troubles is now revealed as the emperor.
