Prince Lim arranges to be handed over as a hostage to the palace of the neighboring kingdom of Suyarvilette, all for the chance to be near Finn, his first love and the man who once oversaw his education. He cannot let go of the tangled feelings he holds for the person who cared for him so well in childhood. Using his hostage status as cover, Lim keeps trying to draw closer, but Finn holds firm and starts arranging to send him back home. Unable to bear the thought of being parted from him, Lim attempts to provoke and win him over, insisting that he is an adult now.
