Ijime 0 no Gakkou

A high school with top teachers and a flawless monitoring system claims to have zero bullying. Seiwa, a first-year student, reconnects with Shijo-san, a former classmate who was bullied in junior high. They slowly grow closer in this school where bullying is supposedly nonexistent. One day, Seiwa discovers that Shijo-san was indeed bullied and witnesses her jumping from the rooftop. A surprising mystery unfolds around the school's "zero bullying" promise.
