Ikai Soumetsu no Soldier Maid: Shinizokonai no Tensai to Itan no Kesshi-hei

A supernatural phenomenon causes buildings to become monstrous, otherworldly spaces that lead to people's deaths. A group of girls known as Soldier Maids possess the power to combat this threat. Shion, one of these Soldier Maids, is assigned to lead a new unit with only one subordinate, Iris, a timid rookie eager to prove herself. Shion is openly skeptical of Iris, but Iris behaves differently when entering the dangerous areas. As they complete missions together, Shion slowly starts to trust Iris as a real partner, while Iris struggles with opening up and appears to be concealing something significant.
