Ikemen Girl to Hakoiri Musume

Okuma Satomi helps a friend manage a crossdressing cafe and ends up with an unexpected romantic situation. She asks her attractive and reserved classmate, Kanda Mizuki, to assist at the cafe, and he agrees only if they go on a date. Satomi is thrilled to have a good-looking boy interested in her, but Mizuki soon discovers that Satomi has made a key mistake: Mizuki is actually a girl.
