Inkaden

A young woman in Japan during the mid-1930s becomes involved with a restaurant owner, sharing a passionate and intimate relationship. Her love for him becomes overwhelming, leading her to kill him while he sleeps. The act is not driven by anger or jealousy, but by intense emotion. After his death, she removes part of his body and is arrested shortly afterward, still in possession of the severed tissue in her bag.
