Kaoru Inuzuka, the student council president, earns the nickname "police dog" for her strict and disciplined nature. When she becomes hungry, however, her demeanor shifts dramatically, resembling that of a playful, eager puppy. Only her vice-president, Ken Kaino, is aware of this secret.
