A thirteen-year-old demon fox named Amatsuki Renge lives in a village where her kind uses transformation magic to appear human and live among people. While all foxes learn this skill, Renge struggles to master it. She is not allowed to leave the village, but dreams of going to the human world to see her favorite singer, Miyabi.
