Meguro Oto works as an animator at a small studio in the countryside, having moved there after ending her engagement and leaving Tokyo. She has a respectful but ambiguous connection with the studio owner, Taga, and finds herself longing for a more dramatic, fantasy-like existence. When Haruto, a popular voice actor known for playing her favorite character, Lloyd, comes to the studio, he repeatedly seeks her out, despite his typically composed demeanor. Oto’s quiet life begins to shift with his unexpected interest in her.
