Isekai ni Otosareta... Jouka wa Kihon! @COMIC

A thirty-five-year-old man named Akira Tennou is struck by a truck and, after a short time in an otherworldly void, awakens in a dark forest. The forest is shrouded in a dark mist, which he recalls from his sister's stories is likely the result of a curse. He encounters a large silver wolf that initially attacks him but is later revealed to be corrupted by the mist. By shouting "Purify!", Akira removes the corruption and heals the wolf. He learns that other creatures in the forest are also affected by the mist, and once purified, they are not wild but intelligent beings that govern the land. Akira uses his newfound ability to communicate with them and decides to travel through the forest, cleansing it and its inhabitants. The origin of the mist remains nearby.
