A high school student named Rintaro Shido dreams of becoming a full-time househusband and shares a class with Rei Otosaki, the lead member of the idol group "Millefeuille Stars." The two have no prior connection until Rei faints from hunger, prompting Rintaro to cook for her. She then offers to pay him 300,000 yen monthly to eat with him daily, beginning a living-arrangement-like relationship. Rintaro struggles to maintain appropriate boundaries as Rei visits his apartment, revealing a side of herself unseen in public.
