Seri, a 30-year-old woman with a history of bad luck, returns home after her fiancé is arrested for fraud. She discovers her mother has married again, making her the step-sister of a two-year-older brother. After fleeing to her grandmother’s house, she finds it empty. Eventually, she returns and meets her step-brother Tatsuma, and the two end up living together.
