Itoi-kun to Hiyama-kun no Koi

A high school student with good manners and strong academic performance confesses to another student who is self-conscious and has sanpaku eyes. The latter, Hiyama, is unsure of his feelings and questions why he is drawn to the handsome Itoi. Their dynamic shifts when Akabane, Itoi's childhood friend, joins their school. Hiyama feels unsettled watching the two interact, and this triggers a gradual return of memories he had previously forgotten.
