Itonaga-kun no Koi no Ito

Itonaga experienced bullying in middle school due to his unusually small eyes, leading to social discomfort. In college, he attempts to rebuild his life but encounters Sanada, his former bully, who is now well-liked and outgoing. Initially avoiding Sanada, Itonaga eventually stops trying to evade him. However, their interaction leads to an unexpected and surprising development. The nature of Sanada's intentions and his true goals remain unclear.
