Kawazu Yakumaru, a high school student who dislikes snakes, moves in with his stepmother Uroko and younger sister Mana after his father remarries. He later discovers that both are snake women. To conceal their identities, they arrange for Mana to attend the same school as Yakumaru. The story unfolds as a comedic tale involving youkai.
