Jeonsinui Saebyeok

Yu Geon is a teenager suffering from a painful illness that also grants him extraordinary strength. Though he tries to stay out of trouble and concentrate on his health, he is drawn into conflict when criminals at his school kidnap a classmate. Frustrated by their actions, he resolves to stop them, regardless of the cost to himself.
