Jintian Kaishi Dang Shoufu

Lin Tian is a poor college student who, after assisting someone being harassed by wealthy locals, gains a system that forces him to spend money daily. He struggles with the burden of having to use up his funds, often worrying about leftover money triggering further punishment. As he grapples with this forced lifestyle, others around him urge him to keep spending, offering help if he can't manage on his own.
