A remote island in the South Pacific is home to an escape-proof nursing home. Noh Gu-Sik, 73, enters the facility after his wife’s death, expecting to spend his final days. His strong-willed nature draws attention from other residents, and he meets Mrs. Kang, who resembles his late wife, sparking emotional connections. However, a secretive group known as the "Long-lived Elderly Association" takes notice of him and opposes his presence. Noh Gu-Sik confronts the group’s leaders while deepening his bond with Mrs. Kang. Seeking a new life together, he attempts to leave the facility, but Jo Bang-Cheol, the association’s leader and nursing home overseer, stands in their way. Noh Gu-Sik must find a way to overcome the immense power controlling the home.
