A top student named Kureha discovers a collection of love comedy movie ideas written in secret by Shizuma, a socially withdrawn film enthusiast. Instead of reporting him, Kureha reveals that she creates BL manga and asks for his help to develop a love comedy. She is impressed by his work and wants assistance with her professional debut. Due to her limited understanding of romantic relationships, she proposes a "simulated relationship" to gain insight. This leads to the beginning of a collaboration between Shizuma and Kureha.
