Ye-Ji is an 18-year-old student at Hana Arts High School who dreams of winning an international classical violin competition in Korea to honor her late older sister, Ye-Seo. She practices intensely on the violin "John Webster," borrowed by her sister from the DK Music Foundation. Tensions arise between Ye-Ji and her mother, Su-Jin, over Ye-Ji's extreme dedication to her practice. Eventually, Su-Jin returns the violin to the foundation. Believing the competition is meaningless without the violin, Ye-Ji nearly abandons her goal until she receives a message that she has advanced to the final round. Determined to reclaim the instrument, she begins a journey in the city to get it back and fulfill her sister’s dream.
